Shipping Policy
We have Partnered with Shiprocket (BigFoot Retail Solutions Private Limited) to offer our customers door to door delivery at most pincodes all over India. Orders are delivered via Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpress Bees, DTDC, India Post, and more reputed third party courier partners.
It usually take 1-2 business days to get your product ready and packaged for shipping. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to get delivered. Under rare occasions you may experience delay in shipping and delivery, due to technical or environmental problems, but be assured we would keep you up to date with your product delivery status.
When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number/URL on your mobile and/or email. You will also receive timely shipping updates for your shipments. Please use this tracking number for any additional information regarding your shipment.
Returns and Exchange
We always ensure that our adorable and softest plushies make our customers resist to return them, but in rare events of mishandling, wrong product delivery or damaged product we offer returns or exchange if customer informs us within 2 days of the delivery date.
Once Request is raised we would confirm the same by verifying our records and may ask for detailed photos and videos of Product in Question. After verifying if we are satisfied with the genuine reasons for returns or exchange we would offer a free replacement for the same product or offer a full / partial refund for the same.
For returns we will request our Shipping partners were they will collect the product from your door steps for hassle free returns or exchange experience. In case of exchange, new product will be delivered again within 5-7 business days. In case of Refund, we will request our Payment Gateway Partners to issue full/partial refund to the account from which payment was made within 10-12 business days.
