Ordered this cute Momo cuddle cushion from them, and the parcel had got lost somewhere, but the team was so helpful, they kept updating me from time to time about the location of my parcel, and finally when I received it, I can say it was completely worth the wait! Itโs the softest and cutest thing! ๐ค
